The eco-friendly toiletries were a great touch. The chilled filter water stations on every floor were so convenient. I appreciated them a lot. The bar was perfect for a relaxing glass of wine. The beds were comfortable. I slept soundly each night.

friendly team quick access short trip
The staff made a room available quickly. It helped me recharge after a long flight. The hotel is near Paddington station. The heathrow express trip took less than 20 minutes.

The hotel is near Paddington station. The staff was cute and asked about my day. A water station for refills shows a focus on the environment. The area around the hotel was quiet.
I found that the room lacked storage. There was no closet or bathroom storage available. A desk would have been useful for working.

i found the room very clean. the staff were helpful with my luggage. zahedha, she offered assistance with directions! i also appreciated that i was able to drop my bags early.

Maryana at reception was REALLY helpful . She made sure I had everything I needed and was very attentive. The hotel placed efforts on sustainability, which i appreciate.
